Ingredients:
2 cups | Idli Rice |
1 tbsp | Fenugreek seeds |
to taste | Salt |
Method:
- Wash all the ingredients and soak overnight.
- Grind to a smooth batter.
- When done, mix with salt.
- Allow it to ferment until it raises up to about double its quantity.
- When the batter is fermented, make idlis.
- Serve hot with chutney or Sambhar.
