Easy and Healthy Salmon Recipe - NO OIL

Ingredients:

1 fillet salmon
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup green onions
1 or 2 green chillies
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste


Method:

Cut Salmon into 5 or 6 pieces.
Put them in a wide pan and sprinkle some salt.
Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes by turning them on the sides.
Add chopped onion, bell pepper, green onions and green chiili to the salmon.
Mix everything and cook them for another 3 mins in medium heat.
Finally add some pepper and lemon and taste it.
