sathu maavu urundai
Ingredients:
2 cup Moong dhal
1 cup kambu (millet)
12 nos almonds
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Ghee
Method:
Roast moong dhal and kambu(millet) separately in a pan until they turns golden brown.
Grind sugar and brown sugar into powder.
Grind moong dhal, kambu and almonds into fine powder and sieve it.
Mix sugar and the sieved powder in a bowl along with honey.
Heat ghee and add them to the powder little by little and make small balls immediately.
sathu maavu urundai is ready to taste.
