Ingredients:
Poha/ Aval - 1 cup
Mixed Fruits chopped - 1 cup
Dates and nuts chopped - ½ cup
Honey - 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Mixed Fruits : apple, pomegranate, grapes, pineapple
Directions:
Wash the Poha in water and drain it.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
This can be used as prasadam or quick and healthy snacks.
